SAÚDE DE IMIGRANTES: ESTUDOS COM BRASILEIROS BASEADOS EM EVIDÊNCIAS
Resumo
Objetivou-se neste artigo identificar as principais evidências científicas na literatura relacionada à saúde de imigrantesbrasileiros. Optou-se pelo método de revisão integrativa, e meio de buscas nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde
(BVS), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (Lilacs), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System
On-Line (MedLine) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Foram identificados nove artigos que atenderam aos critérios
de inclusão. A organização e a análise dos artigos basearam-se nos seguintes temas: DISCRIMINAÇÃO AOS IMIGRANTES E SUAS
CONSEQUÊNCIAS; e BRASILEIROS IMIGRANTES E SUA SAÚDE MENTAL. Portanto, constatou-se a necessidade de apoio e de melhores serviços aos imigrantes brasileiros. É primordial o desenvolvimento de estudos e de políticas e programas que minimizem os problemas de saúde de imigrantes brasileiros em outros países.
